Strategy is far more important than mechanical skill. You can break even the highest skilled players just by coordinating properly and no amount of mechanical skill will negate that fact. Sense of strategy and one’s mechanical skill are highly correlated in Dota. There doesn’t exist people that know the game strategically but suck mechanically.
